5 Ways To Raise Your Vibration Quickly

raise your vibration

I share with you 5 simple ways how to raise your vibration to enable you to connect further with your higher self. The higher self is our higher consciousness or god’s consciousness it is our true self.

Your higher self gives you guidance whenever you ask for it, by sending messages to you through one or more of your six human senses. Which include seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling/touching, tasting, and knowing. The more we use and trust our senses the stronger, more accurate, and more frequent the messages become. You can also use your intuition to guide you in all of your decisions in life regarding career, money, and relationships.

Here are five simple things you can start doing now to raise your vibration to connect with your higher self:

1. Forgiveness

Not forgiving yourself or others will block your connection to your higher self. Undealt past hurts or personal mistakes will create negative feelings and thoughts that could stay within your subconscious and affect your emotions and thoughts in the present moment. If you are still attached to your past situations, it is hard for you to face the reality and your present situation. So, make sure that you choose to forgive and move on. You have to take action to ensure that past emotions and thoughts will never affect your present moods and activities.

I use Hoʻoponopono. it is an ancient Hawaiian Huna practice of forgiveness and cleansing.

“Allows one to develop a working relationship with the divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. The process is about freedom, complete freedom from the past.”
~ Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len

Ho’oponopono means, “to make right,” or “to rectify an error.” According to the ancient Hawaiians, error arises from thoughts that are tainted by painful memories from the past. Ho’oponopono offers a way to release the energy of these painful thoughts, or errors, which cause imbalance and disease. These are two self-forgiveness methods I have tried that work:

Simply repeat the four phrases together. To re-program the subconscious of the past negative thoughts and painful memories.

I’m sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Self-Forgiveness Exercise by Serge Kahili King [1]
1. Take a deep breath, and let your body relax as best you
can.
2. As you inhale, say your own name mentally.
3. As you exhale, say, “I release you” or “I forgive you.”
You can be as specific as you like. If your name is Shirley,
you might say something like, “Shirley, I forgive you for
what you did at the party last night.”

4. Do the whole process, combining breath and statements,
at least three times, or until you feel better about
yourself.

2. Gratitude

Be grateful for your current experiences or people that have enriched your life. When you are aware of what you have received. Give thanks to the universe, higher self, or guides for what they have given you. The more you express gratitude the more you will receive that for which you are grateful. The ways are have shown gratitude is by saying:

“Thank you, higher self for your guidance, healing, support, and love.”

“Thank you, universe for bringing people into my life that gives me joy and love”

3. Love

When I woke up one morning, my higher self, told me “I am perfect, love and accept yourself as you are.” I thought about the message and I realized that they were certain parts of myself I did not accept. What I did was I took a hard look at myself and wrote down the aspects of myself that I did not fully accept and I said to myself “I accept myself for who I am.” I felt at peace and a lot lighter within myself.

I also recommend writing down all the positive things you have done and have accomplished, it does not have to be huge, it could be making someone laugh, helping someone with their shopping, etc. Go look in the mirror, place your hand on your heart chakra, and say out loud all those positive things you have written. Start to visualize and think about the difference you have made in their lives and how grateful they felt towards you. Feel their loving energy pouring into your heart, clearing away all wounds, and replacing them with love.

4. Meditation

Meditating every day for 15-45 minutes a day is the fastest way to raise your vibrations. Once your mind is calm it is easier to connect to your higher self or guides, whether you feel the connection or not, your higher self or guides are there. 5.Mantra or Prayers

A great book called Passage Meditation by Eknath Easwaran  explains the right way to say the prayers and mantras. Check out his free introductory course on Passage meditation.

The powerful prayers and mantras that worked for me:

The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father
who art in heaven
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
On earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily
bread
And forgive us our
trespasses
As we forgive those who
trespass against us.
Lead us not into
Temptation
And deliver us from evil
For Thine is the kingdom
and the power and the
glory Forever.

Amen.

Psalm 23
Lord is my shepherd
I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies:
Thou anointest my head with oil;
my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Mantras:

“I and my Father are one” John 10:30 King James Version

“I AM that I AM” Exodus 3:14
